After a successful business career of over 25 years in retail and marketing, I decided to direct my skills to the field of Real Estate. Possessing a love of the mountains as well as a desire of being outdoors, the NE Georgia Mountains was the perfect place to make it all happen and 1995 was the year it began.

Applying the business practices I learned from my father to Real Estate, I soon earned the trust and confidence from Buyers and Sellers as well as the respect of fellow Realtors.

I was taught early on in life to always go the extra mile. This practice soon produced a list of satisfied Buyers and Sellers (many who have become personal friends) from Georgia to Maine, Florida to Alaska.

Owning and operating businesses together successfully for over 25 years, my wife Barbara and I opened North Georgia Mountain Realty in 2001. While I'm the guy out front getting all the recognition, driving all over the mountains, serving on our local MLS Board, meeting clients and overseeing our agents to list just a few,  shes the one behind the scenes keeping it all running smoothly. 

Most businesses have a company motto or purpose. Some use a catchy phrase to gain recognition, others have corporate achievement goals, usually based on sales volume. This is all well and good for some. 

However we like to keep it plain and simple, maybe even a little old fashioned, but it works for us.
